Homeownership Study

Daniel MacDonald and I analyzed the relationship between homeownership and sociological factors such as health, education, crime and poverty in California in this study, which was commissioned by the Building Industry Association – Southern California. The project was completed in December 2016 with a 32-page report using county-level data from the American Community Survey.
